A four-member team from Faculty of Computing comprising of  Dr. Saad Naeem Zafar, Dr. Muhammad Zubair, Dr. Musharif Ahmed and Dr. Sumera Saleem visited the University of Evora, Portugal in July 2023 to attend the training under the European Union funded Erasmus plus project on the Capacity Building of Asian Universities for international accreditation.

During the visit, the team attended a number of training sessions on Digital Transformation, Experiences in Evaluation, Internationalization in Higher Education, Internship and Employability, Research and Innovation, International mobilization, Quality Assurance and Accreditation. The sessions were interactive and provided an opportunity to all the participants to learn and share their experiences. Additionally, there were program specific training sessions for international  accreditation. There were a series of meetings with other partner universities regarding the progress of the project which included project managers meeting, quality board meeting and financial office meeting. On this occasion, souvenirs were presented on behalf of the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor Riphah International University to the host Professor Teresa Gonçalves and Dr. Ingrid Rugge from the University of Bremen, Germany.
