Convocation
18th Convocation for Riphah Graduates will be held on November 18, 2023, in Islamabad. Graduates of Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 are requested to get clearance and submit a registration form for Convocation along with the final Transcript.
Last date for Transcript application is August 31, 2023
(Note: Registration number for clearance Transcript application is mandatory)
Last Date for convocation registration is September 20, 2023
(Note: Transcript is mandatory for the convocation registration (Online registration and hard copy of security forms for each graduate are mandatory)
On successful completion of a degree program, University issued a “Degree” and was honored in a university convocation ceremony. This ceremony is held annually for fresh graduates. Different distinguished guests address the students and advise them about their practical professional life.
The student is required to complete the following process to join the convocation.
- Clearance: Every student has to clear his/her dues relating to finance, library, and
laboratory. Students can get a clearance form from F&D and submit it for getting a transcript to SSD
along required documents.
- Transcript: Transcript application will be processed to the Exams department through SSD.
University registration is mandatory for getting a transcript.
- Degree: Transcript is mandatory for getting Degree from the Exams department along with other
required documents.
- Gold Medals: Students who secured outstanding results in their batch in a defined time of
degree completion is awarded through a gold medal in convocation.
- Full Dress rehearsal will be conducted. Presence of all graduates is mandatory on November 17, 2023
