Dr. Rahila Yasmeen Dean RARE
Prof. Dr. Rahila Yasmeen is the Dean of the Riphah Academy of Research and Education (RARE) and the Director of ORIC and Medical Education at Riphah International University, where she has served since 2005. With over 21 years of teaching experience, she is a PM&DC-approved Professor of Medical Education and a renowned national and international faculty expert in curriculum development, student assessment, digital learning, and program evaluation. Dr. Rahila Yasmeen has conducted over 200 faculty development workshops and is the Director of MHPE and CHPE programs at Riphah. She pioneered the Certificate in Outcome-Based Education (COBE) in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Her contributions extend to quality assurance, research promotion, commercialization, intellectual property rights, and curriculum renewal across various disciplines. Additionally, she played a key role in designing the curriculum for RAK College of Dentistry, UAE.
Manager: Muhammad Latif Siddiqui
Muhammad Latif Siddiqui is currently serving as the Manager of Edu. Projects at RARE, Riphah International University. With over 15 years of professional experience in various educational institutions, including 12 years at Riphah, he brings extensive expertise to his role. He holds MS in in Management Studies at Gomal University. Since 2015, he has been contributing as the Secretary of the Organizing Committee for the International Conference on Medical Education (ICME). Additionally, he serves as the QEC Focal Person for ISO 9001 Certification.
Mr. Sady Ahmad: Manager Education Projects, Capacity Building, Collaboration and Coordination, Policy Advocacy:
Mr. Sady Ahmad is associated with Riphah International University, and having professional experience over decade as Liaison Officer, Admission & Marketing Officer, Media & Public Relation Executive (PRO) and Assistant Manager in various department. Ample Experience of project management, monitoring & evaluation, conducting research especially in quantitative and run surveys. Having rich exposure in organizing capacity building, skill enhancement seminars, workshops, symposium for faculty and staff. He has done Master in Sociology from University of Agriculture Faisalabad and Master of Physiology in International Development Studies/Relations (IDS) from Iqra University Islamabad campus. Postgraduate diploma in Youth & Development Work related to project management (PGD). Currently, he has enrolled Ph.D. in Governance and Public Policy in (NUML).
Working as expert in Intellectual Property Rights (Patent Filing, commercialization), policy advocacy, licensing and event organization (International Conference, seminars, online national/international webinars, workshop and symposium) and Focal Person of Technology Innovation Support Center (TISC).
Mr. Athar Azeem
Mr. Athar Azeem is the Coordinator of the MHPE Program at Riphah International University. He oversees program administration, admissions, contact sessions, and coordination with facilitators, students, and support teams. A key contributor to achieving the prestigious Aspire Award of Excellence in Faculty Development, he served as Secretary of the ASPIRE Committee.
