Dr. Khurram Shahzad is a Professor and Dean at Faculty of Management Sciences, Riphah Int’l University, Islamabad Pakistan. Dr. Shahzad holds a Post-Doc and PhD degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. He also served as the Asst. Dean of Research at Riphah Int’l University.

Dr. Shahzad has more than two decades of corporate and academic experience in Pakistan. He also provides trainings, capacity building and consultancy services to numerous national and multinational organizations. He has received many awards including Best University Teacher Award from Higher Education Commission, Pakistan. He has published his research in many renowned peer-reviewed journals including Leadership & Organization Development Journal and Ethics & Behavior, among others. In addition, he has presented his research papers in numerous international conferences held in more than 20 countries across the globe.

Dr. Shahzad also serves as an adhoc reviewer for many international journals. He is also member of many selection boards and boards of advanced studies in many universities. His primary research interests include leadership, human resource practices, personality, and Islamic work ethics.
