Asma Gul is working as a senior Lecturer and Assistant Tarbiah Manager at Faculty of Management Science, Riphah International University. She is a PhD Scholar (Management) at International Islamic University, Islamabad. She holds MS and BBA degrees in Human Resource Management from Riphah International University, Islamabad. She has ten years of academic experience in Pakistan. She has won Research grant of Rs. 100,000 from ORIC, Riphah International University in March 2021. She has published her research in many peer-reviewed journals including HEC recognized W, X and Y category journals. In addition, she has presented her research papers in different conferences. She has supervised many MS students in their thesis. Her areas of interest include organizational behavior, human resource management, leadership, personality and Islamic work ethics.
