Dr. Rimsha Iqbal serves as an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Riphah International University, Islamabad, Pakistan. She completed her PhD from RIU in 2024. With eight years of experience in academia, she has secured several national and international grants. Additionally, she has published research papers in HEC-recognized W and Y category journals. Her research interests include leadership, conflict management, human resource practices, and extra-role behaviors. Dr. Iqbal has presented her research at national and international conferences and has also served as an ad-hoc reviewer for international peer-reviewed journals.
