Dr. Naeem Ahmed Tahir is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Riphah International University, Islamabad. He Did his MBA in Marketing and MS in Management from International Islamic University, Islamabad. He obtained his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the Riphah School of Leadership (RSL), Riphah International University, Islamabad, Pakistan.

He has been teaching at RSL for past 15 Years. He has served in different National and Multinational organization prior to that. He has supervised more one 100 MS students. His area of interest includes; leadership, Personality, Islamic Work Ethics.
