The Department of English Linguistics and Literature recently conducted a series of diverse webinars and seminars, including sessions on how to apply for graduate programs abroad (focusing on Fulbright applications, personal statements, and GPA requirements), enhancing active listening and argumentative skills, understanding the implications and challenges of multilingualism in society, exploring post-modernism and its applications in literature, strategies for disaster management, mastering academic writing from theory to practice, improving IELTS band scores, examining the phases of Pakistani literature, and practical data analysis using SPSS software. The students had the opportunity to learn from esteemed speakers and experts, gaining valuable insights and practical advice across a wide range of pertinent topics.
