Why in the contemporary world, Hybrid warfare has taken a quantum leap?  Though historically different tactics have been used for intimidation of foes; to break their spirit of resistance/aggression and its source confined to state/government or its overt or covert sponsored entities thus affecting its credibility. Now in the contemporary epoch, war has moved to a diverse dimension of information, economics, cyber, bio, media and philosophical fronts. Today, all of us are vulnerable and under access to those we do not share common interests with. Through media warfare, the image of a state could be constructed and destructed by adversary groups. In the contemporary world no country can afford a bad image. It is high time to equip ourselves with the modern techniques of each feature of hybrid warfare. 

IMP and Riphah International University jointly launched a diploma of Information and Hybrid Warfare,  aimed to provide a broad insight into asymmetric threats, including analysis and counter capabilities. This course will enable the participants to understand basic components of hybrid wars, included, but not limited to; proxy wars, conflict resolution, Information & Media warfare, Psychodynamics of information warfare, Role of Intelligence in Mass Deception, Catastrophe Reporting, Psychodynamics of Social Networks in evolving scenarios of Web 3.0 and mearing the Potential of Cyber Warfare, Economic HitBots, Bio Weapons, Futuristic Tools, Techniques and Opportunities for learning dynamics of Mass Deception by the Artificial Intelligence, Impact of Hybrid warfare on Foreign Policy.

The course will also discuss the strategies for the prevention and management of bullying and harassment at work. Special focus will be on the prevention and management of bullying at work, investigation of cases, as well as on treatment of targets of bullying.

The course is aimed at significantly improving the ability of practicing managers to be effective global managers. The course is concerned with considering the issues and problems of managing in cross-cultural situations, in particular at the people problems that invariably arise in international business relationships. It will shed light on the basic tenets of cross cultural management given by Quran and Sunnah. The students will also be encouraged to compare and contrast the cultural practices suggested in their text books and the practices critical for achieving success from indigenous perspective
