The 04th Graduation Ceremony for Riphah Lahore Graduates will be held on March 03, 2024, in Lahore. Graduates of Fall 2019 to Spring 2021 are requested to get clearance and submit a registration form for Convocation along with the final Transcript.
The last date for Transcript application is January 21, 2024
(Note: The registration number is essential for both clearance and transcript applications.)
Last Date for Graduation Ceremony registration is January 27, 2024
(Note: A transcript is mandatory for convocation registration. Both online registration and the submission of hard copies of security forms for each graduate are compulsory.
04th Graduation Ceremony Registration Procedure
On successful completion of a degree program, the University issued a “Degree” and was honored in a university Graduation Ceremony. This ceremony is held annually for fresh graduates. Different distinguished guests address the students and advise them about their practical professional life.
The student is required to complete the following process to join the Graduation Ceremony.
- Clearance: Each student has to clear his/her dues relating to finance, library, and laboratory. Students can get a clearance form from Fee n Due office. Upon completion, the form should be submitted, along with the necessary documents, to the Student Service Center (SSC) in order to obtain a
- Transcript: Transcript application will be processed to the Exams department through Student Service Center (SSC). University registration is mandatory for getting a transcript.
- Degree: A transcript is mandatory for getting a Degree from the Examination department along with other required documents.
- Gold Medals: Students who secured outstanding results in their batch in a defined time of degree completion are awarded a gold medal in the Graduation
- Full Dress rehearsal : A complete dress rehearsal is scheduled, and it is mandatory for all graduates to be present on March 2, 2024, for the rehearsal day
