The Riphah International University Convocation is a momentous occasion that celebrates the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, and academic excellence. It is a day to honor our graduates as they embark on the next chapter of their lives, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values instilled in them during their time at Riphah.

Our Convocation ceremony is a time-honored tradition that brings together students, faculty, staff, parents, and distinguished guests to acknowledge the remarkable achievements of our graduating class. It is a formal event where degrees are conferred upon students from all faculties, marking their official entry into the professional world.

6th Graduation Ceremony 2025 (Lahore Campus)

We are pleased to inform you that Riphah International University, Lahore Campus, by the grace of Allah, will be hosting its 6th Graduation Ceremony at Expo Center, Lahore on December 20, 2025 (Saturday). The event details are as follows:

20th Convocation (Islamabad / Rawalpindi Campus)

Celebrating graduates from Fall 2024 and Spring 2025
November 22 and 23, 2025 (Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad)

Convocation Participation:

To participate in the convocation, graduates must complete the following steps:

• Clearance: Every student must clear all dues related to Finance. Submit the clearance form along with the required documents to Student Services Department (SSD) for transcript processing.

• Transcript: Transcript applications are processed by the Examinations Department through SSD. A valid University Registration Number is mandatory to apply for the transcript. The final transcript is mandatory to obtain the degree from the Examinations Department, along with other required documents.

• Rehearsal: A full-dress rehearsal is conducted before the convocation. Attendance of all graduating students is mandatory.
• Guest Fee: Graduates are allowed to bring guests to the ceremony upon payment of the prescribed guest fee. Fee submission is mandatory before convocation registration.
