The Riphah International University Convocation is a momentous occasion that celebrates the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, and academic excellence. It is a day to honor our graduates as they embark on the next chapter of their lives, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values instilled in them during their time at Riphah.
Our Convocation ceremony is a time-honored tradition that brings together students, faculty, staff, parents, and distinguished guests to acknowledge the remarkable achievements of our graduating class. It is a formal event where degrees are conferred upon students from all faculties, marking their official entry into the professional world.
Upcoming 20th Convocation
Riphah International University is pleased to announce its 20th Convocation Ceremony, scheduled for November 22 and 23, 2025 in Islamabad. The event will celebrate graduates from Fall 2024 and Spring 2025.

Convocation Registration Procedure:
To participate in the convocation, graduates must complete the following steps:
- Clearance: Every student must clear all dues related to Finance. Download the clearance form from the 'Downloads/Links' and submit along with the required documents to SSD for transcript processing.
- Transcript: Transcript applications are processed by the Examinations Department through SSD. A valid University Registration Number is mandatory to apply for the transcript.
- Degree: The final transcript is mandatory to obtain the degree from the Examinations Department, along with other required documents.
- Rehearsal: A full-dress rehearsal will be conducted on November 21, 2025. Attendance of all graduating students is mandatory.
- Online Registration: The last date for submitting the Online Convocation Registration Form is September 15, 2025.
- Guest Fee: Graduates are allowed to bring guests to the ceremony upon payment of the prescribed guest fee. Fee submission is mandatory before convocation registration.
