In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Riphah International University organized an impactful event at Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, bringing together students, faculty, and healthcare professionals to promote awareness and community health.

The event featured an inspiring session led by Dr. Maryam Iftikhar, an esteemed consultant surgeon, who shared valuable insights on early detection, prevention, and proactive health measures. To honor her contributions, Deputy Manager Brand Marketing, Miss Samia Akbar, presented Dr. Maryam with a commemorative memento, expressing gratitude for her dedication to the cause.

Students from Islamic International Medical College (IIMC) played a key role in the initiative, leading interactive sessions on lifestyle changes to encourage healthier routines and proactive well-being. Their efforts, alongside the support of faculty mentors, highlighted the importance of community-driven health advocacy.

The event also featured moments of unity and reflection, as students and faculty stood together in solidarity, reinforcing their commitment to raising awareness and supporting those affected by breast cancer.

Adding a special touch to the event, Cheezious joined hands with Riphah to support the cause, treating participants to pink-themed cupcakes, making the day both meaningful and memorable.
