Participants immersed themselves in a serene environment, blending professional growth with relaxation.
The event began with an orientation session led by Dr. Zia Abbas, President of PALM, who emphasized the importance of adopting lifestyle medicine to combat modern health challenges. The conference featured research presentations and panel discussions on topics ranging from health behavior theories to lifestyle-based diabetes care models. These sessions highlighted the growing role of lifestyle medicine in shaping public health strategies, particularly in resource-limited settings.
The event concluded with a closing ceremony, where key contributors were honored for their efforts. Dr. Shagufta Feroz announced the next lifestyle medicine conference, scheduled for September 2025, promising continued advancements in the field.
