The Student Facilitation Desk serves as a central point of contact for students seeking various administrative services.
It provides assistance in obtaining essential documents and information, including:
- Student ID Cards: Issuing and managing student identification cards for new and existing students.
- Transcripts: Providing official academic transcripts to students for academic and professional purposes.
- Bona-fide Letters: Issuing bona-fide certificates to verify a student's enrollment status for various purposes.
- Internship Letters: Providing letters of recommendation or confirmation for students pursuing internships.
- Character Certificates: Issuing certificates to attest to a student's character and conduct during their time at the university.
Students can access these services through front desk offices located on each campus of the university. Additionally, students can request via online portal (vdesk.riphah.edu.pk) to remotely access these services. Students can generate online tickets through the portal, allowing them to request and receive services from the convenience of their own homes, saving time and effort.
