• Meeting of Statutory Bodies:
  • Board of Governors (BOG)
  • Academic Council
  • Board of Advanced Studies and Research (BASR)
  • Deans’ Council
• Establishment of Regional Campuses Nationwide:
  • In pursuance of the Riphah’s vision and mission to promote Higher Education in remote areas nationwide.
• Student Records and Registration:
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records of student enrollment, grades, and academic history through SAP.
  • Facilitating the registration process for new and returning students.
• Academic Calendar Management:
  • Coordinating and disseminating information related to the uniform academic calendar, including important dates, deadlines, and events.
• Policy Implementation:
  • Enforcing university policies related to academic standards, grading, and registration (Academic regulations Version-2023 consolidated).
• Holding of University Convocation:
  • Organizing and overseeing graduation ceremonies at Islamabad, Lahore and Faisalabad Campus.
• University Annual Reports:
  • Preparation of the Annual Reports of the University.
• Pakistan Qualification Register (PQR):
  • Incorporation/updation of Campuses, Faculties /Institutes and programs in HEC PQR Portal on regular basis to facilitate Graduates in attestation of the degrees from HEC.
• SAP (SLCM):
  • Registration of Students through Students SAP, creation of modules of courses and updation of Academic Calendars in the SAP.
• Academic Audits:
  • To ensure the implementation of Riphah Policies and Regulations at all Campuses and Affiliated Institutes.
• Information Hub:
  • Serving as a central information hub for students, faculty, staff and external stakeholders regarding University academic matters.
• Uni Time:
  • To ensure the automotive timetable for the efficient and effective delivery of the classes across all the campuses of Riphah International University.
