Program Description
An ADP (Associate Degree Program) in Culinary Arts focuses on developing foundational, hands-on culinary skills, food preparation, hygiene, and management capabilities for careers in the hospitality and food service industries. Programs are typically two years long, blending theoretical knowledge of cooking, international cuisines, and food science with extensive practical training and industry internships to provide a comprehensive pathway into the culinary field.
Eligibility Criteria
Associate Degree in Culinary Arts (ADP in CA)
For Pakistani Nationals
- Minimum 45% aggregate marks each in SSC and HSSC OR equivalent exams (as per IBCC equivalence).
- All non FA/FSc stream candidates must have equivalence certificate of their qualification from IBCC, Pakistan in relevant groups/subjects.
