Program Description
The Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence (BSAI) program is designed to prepare students with comprehensive knowledge and skills to develop intelligent systems that address complex problems across industries and society. This program emphasizes a robust foundation in AI concepts, techniques, and applications, blending theoretical understanding with practical implementation to produce graduates capable of innovating in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.
The curriculum covers core AI domains such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, knowledge representation, reasoning systems, and autonomous agents, alongside foundational computing courses and mathematics. In addition to technical proficiency, the program integrates universal Islamic ethical values and promotes awareness of the social impact and ethical responsibilities associated with AI technologies.
Students gain hands-on experience through projects, domain electives, and problem-solving courses, developing critical skills in teamwork, leadership, communication, and continuous professional development. The BSAI program also cultivates interdisciplinary competencies, enabling graduates to contribute effectively to industry, government, and academic sectors.
Graduates are well-equipped to pursue careers in AI research, software development, data science, intelligent system design, and other AI-driven fields, or to continue advanced studies. The program aims to produce professionals who innovate with integrity and positively impact society through the ethical application of artificial intelligence.
Eligibility Criteria
BS Artificial Intelligence (BSAI)
For Pakistani Nationals
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks each in SSC and HSSC OR equivalent exams (as per IBCC equivalence).
- All non FA/FSc stream candidates must have equivalence certificate of their qualification from IBCC, Pakistan in relevant groups/subjects.
- Relevant groups/subjects requirements: Mathematics
- Candidates with at least 50% marks in Intermediate Pre-Medical (subject combination of Physics, Chemistry and Biology) or equivalent 12 years education are also eligible to apply. Such candidates, if admitted, are required to study additional two Mathematics courses, worth 6 credit hours, during the first year of studies at the institution. The 6 credit hours deficiency course will be counted as non-credited courses and will be reflected on student’s final transcript.

- Hostel charges of Rs. 216,000/semester for female and Rs. 180,000/semester for male boarders shall apply to above fee.
