Introduction:
The BS in Operation Theatre Technology equips our students with specialized skills in managing operation theatre procedures and ensuring patient safety. Students learn to handle advanced medical equipment, collaborate with surgical teams, and maintain sterile environments crucial for successful surgeries.
Our BS Operation Theatre Technology program offers an HEC-approved curriculum focused on practical skills and theoretical knowledge essential for operation theatre management. Students gain hands-on experience in our on-campus hospital facility, preparing them for professional roles in operation theatres. The program includes a compulsory research project to foster expertise in the research field.
Operation Theater professionals obliged to undertake operation theatre technologies includes managing the patients in & out of operation theatre, looking after all the surgical equipment, the arrangement of operation theatre table, dressing table, anesthesia table as well as management of the staff.
