Program Description
This basic course in lifestyle medicine serves as a prerequisite for the Diploma course. It emphasizes self-care by utilizing validated lifestyle medicine concepts and practices. The course is especially beneficial for Physicians, fresh medical graduates, nurses, and other healthcare workers. Participants will gain the skills to integrate evidence-based lifestyle medicine practices to promote holistic health and disease management, remission and reversal.
