Riphah International University, through its International Office (RIO) in collaboration with the Student Services Department (SSD), warmly welcomed 17 students from Yemen who arrived in Islamabad to begin their higher education journey at the University. This initiative reflects Riphah’s continued commitment to internationalization, global academic engagement, and supporting students from conflict-affected regions.

The arrival of Yemeni students follows an agreement signed with the Yemen Friendship Organization in September 2025, aimed at expanding access to higher education and fostering cross-cultural academic collaboration. Through this partnership, Riphah International University continues to promote inclusivity and provide educational opportunities to international students seeking quality academic pathways.

The University looks forward to the students’ smooth integration into the Riphah academic community and remains dedicated to offering comprehensive academic, administrative, and pastoral support throughout their educational experience. Special appreciation is extended to the Student Services Department, the Registrar’s Office, and all relevant stakeholders for their coordination and facilitation in ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for the incoming students.
