Riphah International University successfully hosted the Inter-University Quiz Competition 2026, titled “Battle of Brains,” on 15 January 2026 at its Lahore (Gulberg Campus). The intellectually stimulating event brought together 25 teams from 25 universities across Punjab, creating a competitive and knowledge-driven academic environment.

The competition was conducted in three structured rounds, including a Preliminary Round, Knockout Round, and a Final Buzzer Round. The final stage tested participants’ expertise in Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry, with teams competing through a buzzer-based response system that added excitement and rigor to the contest.

At the conclusion of the competition, King Edward Medical University secured first position, followed by the University of Health Sciences in second place, while Rashid Latif Khan University claimed third position. Cash prizes were awarded to the winning teams in recognition of their outstanding academic performance.

The successful execution of the event was supported by Molty Ortho and Al-Khidmat Foundation, whose sponsorship contributed significantly to the competition. All logistical and administrative arrangements were efficiently managed by Riphah International University through the Student Services Department, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the event.

The program concluded with an address by Prof. Dr. Rabiya Noor PT, Head of Department, who appreciated the efforts of the organizing team and acknowledged the enthusiastic participation of students. Representatives from the sponsoring organizations also addressed the audience, highlighting the importance of academic collaboration, co-curricular engagement, and knowledge-sharing platforms in higher education. Certificates and shields were distributed to participants and delegates as a token of appreciation.
