RCRAHS Strengthens Academic and Research Collaboration with ICCBS

Riphah College of Rehabilitation and Allied Health Sciences has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), marking a significant academic and research collaboration between the two institutions.
The MoU was officially signed during the 9th International Molecular Medicine Symposium, attended by esteemed dignitaries such as Sindh Provincial Minister for Universities & Boards, Vice Chancellor, University of Karachi, and Director, ICCBS. This collaboration underscores the importance of this institutional partnership and its potential impact on scientific development and academic excellence.
ICCBS is an internationally recognized research institution that has earned numerous prestigious distinctions over the past five decades, including being a UNESCO Center of Excellence, WHO Center of Excellence, TWAS Center for Excellence, OIC Center of Excellence, and twice recipient of the IDB Prize for Excellence.
Under the MoU, the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences at Riphah College will have access to 13 state-of-the-art research centers operated by ICCBS. This partnership enables a wide range of academic and research opportunities, including advanced research opportunities, hands-on training, joint academic activities, and capacity-building initiatives.
This collaboration is expected to significantly contribute to strengthening the research culture within the department, promoting innovation, and enhancing the academic profile of students and faculty members. This MoU represents a pivotal step forward in expanding research excellence, educational quality, and professional development within the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences at Riphah College.
By aligning with a globally recognized institution like ICCBS, Riphah College has opened new avenues for scientific growth, collaboration, and innovation that will benefit future generations of scholars, researchers, and professionals in Molecular Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, and Medical Laboratory Sciences.
