Islamabad - In a grand celebration filled with pride and joy, Riphah International University held its Annual Award Ceremony 2025 for IIMCT. This event served as a collective recognition of the achievements that are shaping our journey towards educational excellence.

One of the key highlights was our significant improvement in the QS Asia University Rankings-2026. Riphah International University advanced from rank 436 to rank 366 this year, marking a remarkable progress that underscores the dedication, hard work, and commitment of our faculty, staff, and leadership.

The ceremony also featured the presentation of the Aspire Award (16 Awards), which we were honored to receive for the second consecutive year. This year, Riphah International University won in the category of student engagement.

HDS and Strategy presented Promotion Awards-2025 (208 Awards) to all those who were promoted during 2024-25 Annual Performance Appraisals. We also awarded Performance Excellence Awards-2024-25 (84 Awards) to those who received cash awards for innovation and new developments in their respective spheres.

Seven 2% Scientists Awards were given to leading scientists nominated by Stanford University & Elsevier, while Leadership Awards (16 Awards) were presented to the top leaders of IIMCT/Riphah International University.

New categories such as Service Period Awards (39 Awards), Itqan Awards-2025, and HDS and Strategy Department's introductions were also featured at the ceremony. The Itqan Awards recognized leaders taking special initiatives like community impact, shariah compliance, women wellbeing, and Riphah Child Development Center.

Dr. Azhar Haleem, RSWD was awarded for Community Impact, Mr. Sarfraz Haroon, Director, CSD received recognition for projects related to women entrepreneurship through PSDF, Mr. Ahmed Nauman Anees was honored for his work at Riphah Exceltech Institute on excellent and innovation related to NAVTTC/PSDF/Micro credentialing initiatives, and Mr. Junaid Khan, Director, Marketing and Admissions received AI initiatives awards.

Finally, the compliance in audit category was awarded by Director, GARC and MT/Chancellor to HDS and Strategy Department led by Mr. Ahmed Nauman Anees.

In total, over 450 awards were presented at the ceremony, with the HDS Department continuing its dedication towards organizing such events in the future, fostering a culture of appreciation, engagement, and positivity throughout the organization.

We would like to acknowledge the efforts of Marketing, IT, Finance, FMSD, Security and Procurement departments, all Deans and Directors who supported HDS for successfully organizing this event. Their commitment and teamwork ensured that the ceremony was conducted with great efficiency and grace.
