Riphah School of Leadership (RSL) organized a productive industrial visit to the National Radio & Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC) and Islamabad Tea on 6 October 2026.

The visit provided students with valuable firsthand exposure to real-time manufacturing and production processes, operational activities, and management practices within large organizations. Students observed how industrial operations are managed and how different organizational functions work together to support productivity and operational efficiency.

The experience enabled students to connect classroom concepts with practical industry applications, strengthening their understanding of production management, resource utilization, operational coordination, and organizational practices.

Through such experiential learning opportunities, RSL continues to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and professional practice, preparing students to better understand real-world organizational challenges and management environments.
