Riphah Leaders for Tomorrow (RLT) 3.0 Training Camp Concludes at Bara Gali

Riphah International University successfully concluded the four-day Riphah Leaders for Tomorrow (RLT) 3.0 Training Camp at the beautiful Bara Gali Campus of the University of Peshawar, bringing together an enriching blend of leadership development, experiential learning, teamwork, and outdoor activities.
Designed to nurture the next generation of leaders, the camp provided participants with opportunities to learn, lead, collaborate, communicate, and perform in challenging environments. The four-day program featured a diverse range of activities, including leadership sessions, debates, presentations, hiking, physical challenges, sports activities, competitions, treasure hunts, bonfire, and team-building exercises.
The carefully designed activities encouraged participants to move beyond their comfort zones and develop practical skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and resilience. By combining structured learning with physical and collaborative challenges, RLT 3.0 offered participants a valuable opportunity to translate leadership concepts into real-world experiences.
The training camp brought together distinguished personalities, trainers, mentors, and members of the organizing team. The program was honored by the presence and guidance of Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmad, Vice Chancellor, Riphah International University, along with Mr. Asadullah Khan, Executive Director, and other distinguished trainers and contributors, including Mr. Nisar Moosa, Dr. Suhaib Zafar, Mr. Jawad Liaqat, PMPĀ®, and Mr. Wajahat.
The successful execution of the camp involved extensive coordination across multiple areas, including food and mess management, guest reception and hospitality, event arrangements, sports activities, bonfire, and the closing ceremony. The dedicated efforts of the organizing team and mentors played a key role in creating a meaningful and engaging experience for participants.
The camp concluded with a recognition ceremony in which Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmad, Vice Chancellor, Riphah International University, awarded shields and certificates to acknowledge participants' achievements and contributions during the program.
