The Riphah Institute of Project Management (RIPM), Gulberg Campus, Lahore, successfully organized a two-day workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Project Management, focusing on the growing role of AI technologies in modern project management practices.

The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Khalid Ahmad Khan and Dr. Kamil Hassan, who provided participants with valuable insights into the practical integration of AI into project management processes.

The workshop covered a range of important areas, including practical applications of AI, emerging trends, data-driven decision-making, automation of project processes, and the role of AI in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

Through interactive discussions and hands-on learning activities, participants explored AI-driven tools and developed a stronger understanding of how emerging technologies can support more effective project management.

The sessions also highlighted the potential of AI to enhance project performance, streamline processes, improve decision-making, and increase organizational efficiency.
