The Riphah School of Leadership (RSL), Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS) in collaboration with the Riphah International Office (RIO), organized a webinar titled “Project Success Starts with People: HR and Communication Essentials” on 24 May 2026 for MSPM students. The session was delivered by Dr. Abdel Wahab Tahsin Mohsen (Egypt), who shared valuable insights on the importance of human resource management and effective communication in achieving successful project outcomes.

He emphasized that people are the core of every project and that strong leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement are essential for project success. The speaker also highlighted how clear communication, coordination, and motivation within project teams can significantly improve performance and reduce project risks.
