Riphah Hosts International Symposium on Early Childhood Education to Bridge Research and Practice

Riphah Institute of Clinical and Professional Psychology (RICPP), in collaboration with the Pakistan Psychological Association, successfully organized an International Symposium on Early Childhood Education at Riphah International University, Lahore campus.
The symposium, led by Dr. Arooj Arshad, brought together distinguished experts and practitioners from around the globe to explore the integration of empirical research into clinical and classroom settings. The event served as a vital platform for advancing evidence-based practices in early childhood education and psychological services.
A key highlight of the symposium was a high-level panel discussion titled “The Future of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in Pakistan.” The panel featured experts from the United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan, who examined the evolving landscape of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Discussions focused on establishing certification pathways, developing ethical frameworks, and promoting inclusive education systems to support children with diverse developmental needs. Participants emphasized the importance of structured ABA training systems and data-driven interventions to enhance educational and clinical outcomes.
