The Human Development Services (HDS) at Riphah International University successfully organized HR meetup sessions on Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources in Islamabad and Lahore, in collaboration with ASK Development Pvt Ltd. The sessions brought together over 50 Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs), HR professionals, and industry leaders from diverse sectors, including oil and gas, manufacturing, hospitality, technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and education.

The meetups served as a dynamic platform to explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming modern HR practices. Key discussions focused on the application of AI in talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and workforce analytics. Experts shared practical insights into the use of advanced tools such as ChatGPT for HR documentation and communication, AI-powered resume screening platforms for recruitment, and workforce analytics solutions for data-driven decision-making.

Participants also explored the role of AI-based learning platforms in delivering personalized employee development experiences, highlighting the growing importance of technology in shaping future-ready organizations.
