Riphah International University proudly announces that its faculty members have successfully secured Competitive Research Grants under the Higher Education Commission Pakistan (NRPU Program), marking a significant achievement in advancing the University’s research excellence and innovation capacity.

A grant of PKR 6.957 million has been awarded to Dr. Muhammad Riaz, Head of Department, Riphah Institute of Media Sciences (RIMS), I-14 Campus, Islamabad, as Principal Investigator. Additionally, PKR 6.99 million has been awarded to Dr. Tahira Parveen, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, Gulberg Greens Campus, Islamabad, as Co-Principal Investigator.

This accomplishment reflects the strong research capabilities of Riphah’s faculty and highlights the enabling role of the Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) in facilitating competitive grant development. Such achievements significantly contribute to enhancing the research profile of the University while promoting innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and student engagement.
