RIHCA Hosts ‘Khud Par Yakeen’ Panel Discussion to Promote Women Empowerment

The Riphah Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts (RIHCA) at Riphah International University organized an impactful panel discussion titled “Khud Par Yakeen” on 03 March 2026, in collaboration with Platform PINK, as part of activities leading up to International Women’s Day. The event aimed to promote women empowerment, encouraging confidence, resilience, and leadership while fostering meaningful dialogue on the opportunities and challenges faced by women in professional environments.
The discussion was moderated by Athar Jameel, Founding Head of RIHCA, who guided the conversation around themes of self-belief, professional growth, and inclusive leadership. The session brought together distinguished professionals and industry leaders who shared valuable insights on empowering women and creating supportive workplace environments.
The panel featured Abeer Chohan, Founder and CEO of Cloud 11; Sadia Riaz, CEO of jobsta.pk; and Salman Rasheed, CEO of PINK. The panelists shared their professional journeys and perspectives on entrepreneurship, career development, and the importance of platforms and organizations in enabling women to realize their full potential. The discussion emphasized the value of mentorship, confidence-building, and equal opportunities in the modern workforce.
The event concluded with closing remarks by Hateem Soomro, Co-founder & CEO of PINK and CEO of Brand Wheels, who highlighted the importance of collective efforts in promoting gender equality.
