Riphah Signs Tripartite MoU to Create International Internship and Employment Pathways

Riphah International University has signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Heritage Hospitality and Aspire Global Human Resources (UAE) to establish structured international internship and employment pathways for students. This strategic collaboration aims to strengthen skills-based education and create direct industry linkages in the Middle East and Europe.
The agreement was formally signed by Mr. Hassan Muhammad Khan, Chancellor of Riphah International University; Mr. Tanveer Ahmed, CEO of Heritage Hospitality; and Mr. Shrawan Wosti, CEO of Aspire Global HR (UAE). The partnership reflects a shared commitment to facilitating global career opportunities and enhancing workforce readiness among Pakistani graduates.
This initiative is particularly significant for students of the Riphah Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts (RIHCA), as it directly addresses the critical transition from academic training to professional industry engagement. By aligning curriculum outcomes with international employment standards, the collaboration aims to equip students with skills that are relevant, industry-recognized, and globally competitive.
