The Riphah Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts (RIHCA) Lahore is celebrating a massive victory following a stellar performance at the Pakistan International Culinary Championship (PICC). Competing against the nation’s top culinary and hospitality talent, the RIHCA team demonstrated exceptional skill, creativity, and international-level expertise.
The team returned with an impressive haul of medals, proving once again that Riphah is a leader in professional hospitality training.
Our participants showcased their prowess across various professional categories, securing honors in everything from mixology to gourmet plating:
- Gold Medal – Mocktails: M. Salman
- 3 Gold Medals – Four-Course Gourmet Team (Professional): Chef Seema Rose, Chef M. Usman, and Chef Hamza Shahzad
- Silver Medal – Seafood (Professional): Chef Hamza Shahzad
- 3 Bronze Medals – Four-Course Gourmet Team (Professional): Chef Ayesha Miraj, Chef Adnan Aslam, and Chef Dur e Adan
