Zulfiqar Library, located in the Main Campus (Islamabad), serves as the central academic resource of Riphah International University, supporting research, innovation, and intellectual growth through a well-curated collection of print and digital materials.

The library specializes in supporting faculties of Social Sciences, Engineering, Applied Sciences, and Computing. The library services and procedures are ISO Certified and meets accreditation standards set by Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC).

The library has established dedicated corners featuring collections on Seerah, Iqbal, Quaid-e-Azam, and Riphah values. It also offers a separate section for female students to ensure a comfortable and focused study environment. Additionally, the library provides group study/discussion rooms for collaborative learning and research.

Like all Riphah libraries, Zulfiqar Library offers full range of circulation services, provides access to digital and print collections, online journals, Wi-Fi, OPAC, scanning and photocopying services. Research support is available through query management system, citation management services, information literacy enhancement program, reference service and online document delivery.
