As the Manager HDS – Payroll, Zia oversees the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. He supervises payments, including social security, EOBI, fuel, and insurance, guaranteeing seamless execution and financial integrity. In addition to payroll operations, Mr. Zia plays a key role in coordinating and addressing audit objections on a monthly/annual basis, and is responsible for maintaining current and historical employee records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for informed decision-making.
