Ahmed Nauman Anees
Ahmed Nauman Anees is a seasoned HR strategist, leadership trainer, and executive coach with extensive experience in human capital development. Currently serving as the Director of Human Development Services (HDS), he specializes in establishing HR and learning frameworks, talent acquisition, and aligning organizational analytics with personal development to enhance performance.
With two decades plus of versatile corporate and academia experience (locally and globally), he has held leadership roles at prestigious institutions such as Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank, FINCA Microfinance Bank, MCB, Askari Bank and HBL, where he played a key role in launching leadership development programs and trained thousands of professionals.
He is also the Project Director at Riphah, ExcelTech Institute, driving large-scale training initiatives in collaboration with government bodies like NAVTCC to equip young professionals for the local and global job market.
Mr. Ahmed is a triple Gold Medalist, winner of 3 Banking Essay Competition organized by The Institute of Bankers, Pakistan, received 5 awards from IBP/SBP, Chevening (Common Wealth) Scholar, visiting faculty at 5 leading business schools of Pakistan and worked with Transport for London, UK as an Analyst and Pernec, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as an Executive. He has remained keynote speaker in leading local and global conferences on HR and Leadership. Besides, he is also part of the selection committee for prestigious Chevening Awards by British High Commission, Pakistan.
