GARC at Riphah International University is dedicated to promoting robust governance practices across the institution.

We facilitate in:

Policies and Procedures

• Developing/amending policies and procedures as per the global corporate governance best practices.
• Establishing internal control mechanisms.

Delegation of Authority (DOA)

• Design of appropriate DOA for the organization at all levels.

Organogram

• Design of the organograms at all N levels of the organization and all its constitutional units. It Includes organization design and reporting structures, committee structures and charters, and control and support function interdependencies

Committees Framework

• Design/oversight of the composition of committees’ framework.
• Defining the terms of reference (TORs) of the committees.

Review of Contracts

• Reviewing all type of contracts from the governance perspective on the request of the process owner.

Repository

• Maintaining repository for key corporate governance/internal control documents and act as a custodian. The governance / internal control documents that shall fall within the scope are Organogram / Policy / Process/ DOA which have been/shall be signed by Chancellor.
