The Riphah Institute of Public Policy (RIPP) actively develops strategic partnerships with leading national and international academic institutions, research organizations, policy think tanks, and development partners.

Through Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), RIPP promotes collaborative research, policy dialogue, academic exchange, capacity building, and knowledge sharing in areas of public policy, governance, peace and conflict studies, diplomacy, sustainable development, and emerging global challenges.

Basra Research Center (Center for Basra Studies), Iraq	To cooperate and harmonize in scientific initiatives, possibly linked major national and international bodies with Iraqi and MENA countries researchers and participates in international scientific forums, possibly promoting global science, though collaboration with their counterparts through joint initiatives like; research, writing books, holding seminars/conferences and exchange of experts.
COMSTECH, Islamabad	To build and nourish a scientific culture in addition to using S&T as a major contributor to socio-economic development and rapid industrialization.
