Dr. Jane Weru Paul, Ph.D., BCBA-D

A highly motivated Neurodevelopmental Specialist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with over 15 years of leadership experience in clinical, administrative, and practice-based settings within mental and developmental disabilities. Expertise includes assessment, early intervention, ABA program development and dissemination, content development, and staff and parent training. Possesses three years of university-level teaching experience as a graduate teaching assistant, along with three years of online instruction. Demonstrated strengths in research, educational leadership, community coordination, and culturally responsive practice. A decisive team leader and consultant, skilled in mentoring professionals, developing effective training programs, and implementing evidence-based interventions across diverse populations.
Dr. Jaoquin Vidal-Lopez

Joaquín Vidal-López, Ph.D., is a psychologist, optometrist and philosopher with over 25 years of academic and clinical experience across Spain, the United States, and international institutions. He holds a Ph.D. in Vision Science (Psychology & Optometry) from the University of Murcia and has held senior leadership roles including Rector of St. Joseph Vaz University (Miami) and President of the University of Cape Canaveral. He is the author or co-author of more than 20 books and 50+ scholarly publications, and has presented over 70 papers at international conferences on optometry, psychology, and philosophy.
Ms. Oluwadamilola Olukitibi Alawode

With over a 10 years of professional experience, Oluwadamilola Olukitibi Alawode specializes in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Dyslexia. She offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, social skills training, and parent coaching. Additionally, she is an experienced trainer and speaker in the fields of inclusive education and neurodiversity advocacy, contributing to the advancement of these areas through her expertise and leadership. Oluwadamilola holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, alongside several professional certifications, including International Behavior Analyst (IBA), Qualified Autism Service Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S), and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Holding a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education, along with certifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA), Blessing has made significant contributions both within Nigeria and internationally.
