Dr. Hafiza Aroofa is an IOC-trained Sports Physiotherapist, Senior Lecturer, and Clinician-Researcher specializing in sports injury rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, and high-performance athletic conditioning. With six years of clinical experience and three years in academia and research, she integrates evidence-based practice with advanced research to enhance athletic performance and rehabilitation outcomes for both elite and para-athletes.
A Gold Medalist in Sports Physiotherapy, she has multiple Scopus-indexed publications (Q1–Q3) and international conference presentations in areas such as high-intensity training, neuromuscular control, and performance optimization. She actively supervises research projects on athlete conditioning, injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies, and has served as Senior Sports Physiotherapist for national teams, including the Pakistan Handball Federation and Wheelchair Handball Team.
