I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Riphah International University, Lahore. I earned my PhD from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, and completed part of my research at Michigan State University, USA. My academic and research expertise lies in functional foods, clinical nutrition, nanotechnology-based drug delivery, and the development of health-promoting food products. I have authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, contributed to book chapters, and presented my research in national and international forums. I have also supervised MS and BS research projects, secured competitive research funding, and served as a reviewer for reputed journals. I have been awarded prestigious HEC fellowships in recognition of my academic excellence. Passionate about teaching and innovation, I am dedicated to advancing food and nutritional sciences to meet emerging global health challenges.
