Dr. Farooq Ahmad is currently serving as a Senior Lecturer and Advisor for the MPhil English Program at Riphah International University, Islamabad. He holds a PhD in English Literature, and his primary area of research lies in Postcolonial Studies. He has also had the privilege of completing an academic fellowship at Dartmouth College, USA, which greatly enriched his intellectual perspective and global engagement with literary studies.
His academic journey has been driven by a deep interest in exploring how literature reflects, resists, and reimagines structures of power, identity, and culture, especially within postcolonial contexts. Over the years, he has taught a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses and have supervised numerous MPhil research projects.
