Muhammad Karim Akhtar is an accomplished scholar and educator in English Literature. He hold an MPhil in English (Literature) from the prestigious 'Institute of English Studies' University of the Punjab, Lahore, with a specialization in Postcolonial Literature. His academics and teaching experience spans wide range of literary fields including, Classical Literature (Greek Drama, 14th Century British Poetry), Elizabethan and Shakespearean Drama, Modern Novel and Drama, Short Stories, and American Literature. He has taught at the university level, delivering lectures that combine deep subject knowledge with engaging pedagogy. His research focuses on Postcolonial Literary Theory, exploring the themes of identity, cultural resistance, and the lingering effects of colonialism in literature. Through his work, he seeks to bridge classical and contemporary literary traditions, fostering critical thought among his students.
