The In-Charge Digital Learning is the designated academic lead for digital learning within each faculty, institute, or academic unit.

While the Digital Learning Committee (DLC) is formally chaired by the respective Dean, Director, or Principal, the In-Charge Digital Learning carries the day-to-day responsibility of leading the committee's work - coordinating faculty engagement, supporting course development, monitoring digital content integration, and serving as the primary liaison with the Department of Digital Learning.

By bridging institutional strategy with ground-level implementation, each in-charge plays a vital role in building a culture of digital learning - one course, one faculty member, and one classroom at a time.
