Dr. Khalid Mahmood Lodhi
Dr. Khalid Mahmood Lodhi serves as the Registrar of Riphah International University. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, alongwith Master's degrees in Business Administration and English, as well as an LLB. He is also a distinguished Leadership Fellow of the Asia Pacific Leadership Program at the East-West Center, University of Hawaii, USA (2009-2010).
With over 30 years of diverse experience in public administration, project management, teaching and training, taxation, policy formulation, and public procurement, Dr. Lodhi has played a key role in tax policy, administration, and institutional development. His academic contributions include Nine research publications in renowned national and international journals.
Before joining Riphah International University, he served in Civil Service of Pakistan, holding prestigious positions such as Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue (BS-21), Commissioner, Additional Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner Inland Revenue at the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Director General, Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, Cabinet Division and Chief Instructor at the Senior Management Wing, National School of Public Policy (NSPP), Islamabad.
Dr. Lodhi has also represented Pakistan at various international forums and has attended numerous seminars, workshops, and conferences at USA, UK, Italy, Singapore, Indonesia, UAE and Thailand.
He has 19 years of teaching experience including 9 years as a Regular Faculty Member in various educational institutions in Pakistan and Abroad from 1985 to 1994 and an additional 10 years as a visiting Faculty Member across various universities in Pakistan.
His extensive expertise and leadership continue to contribute to the academic and administrative excellence of Riphah International University.
