Muhammad Raza Khan is an accomplished finance and management professional with over 18 years of experience spanning multiple industries, including higher education, healthcare, and real estate.

As Director Finance and Deputy Vice Chancellor (Management) at Riphah Group, he plays a key role in shaping the Group’s financial strategies, overseeing operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. His expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and risk management has strengthened the Group’s internal control mechanisms and facilitated sustainable financial growth.

As qualified Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (UK) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA - Pakistan), Muhammad’s expertise includes finance, taxation, governance and internal controls. His leadership continues to drive operational excellence and financial sustainability within Riphah Group.

Before joining Riphah, Muhammad served as Chief Internal Auditor at Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (Specialised Healthcare & Medical education Department, Government of the Punjab), where he established the Internal Audit Department and played a key role in evaluating public-private healthcare projects. His earlier career at Ernst & Young (EY) involved delivering audits, advisory, and risk management services to clients in real estate, energy, finance, and government sectors across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
