Pharm-D Admission Procedure

Admission Announcement

Admission notice shall be advertised in National newspapers & on RIU’s Web Site. The Candidates should send filled in application forms directly to:
Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 7th Avenue G-7/4, Islamabad, Pakistan, accompanied by Rs. 500/- draft in favour of International University.

Documents Required  With Application

The candidates who are eligible to apply for admission must submit attested copies of the following documents along with the application forms. No application for admission will be considered unless fully and completely made out on the prescribed Form by the candidate in his/her own handwriting:

Matric/Senior Cambridge or equivalent certificate: 2 copies
FSc. (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent certificate: 2 copies
Detailed marks certificate (FSc.): 2 copies
Equivalence certificate from Chairman, Inter-Board Committee, Islamabad for recognition of
         qualification as equivalent to FSc.(Pre-medical) of Pakistan,in case of foreign qualified students.
B.Sc degree along with detailed marks certificate: 2 copies
Recent passport size coloured photographs: 4 copies
I. D Card: 2 copies

Note:

If any of the above certificates/ documents are found false or forged, legal action will be taken against the candidate and he/she will be debarred from admission or his/her admission will be cancelled.

Provisional Admission

Admission will be provisional till the verification of testimonials. Any candidate whose particulars, certificates or any other documents submitted with the admission form are found incorrect on confirmation with the Board/relevant authority his admission shall stand cancelled.
